YH239-EE通過抑制p53-MDM2相互作用抑制OCI-AML-3細(xì)胞和野生型p53的生長(zhǎng)。在4種AML細(xì)胞(p53野生型OCI-AML-3 和 MOLM-13，p53 突變型NB4，和p53 缺失的HL60 )中， YH239-EE通過活化p53和下游靶點(diǎn)，誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞周期阻滯，并引起有效的細(xì)胞凋亡。
