120 parts of anhydrous toluene, 7.82 parts of aniline and 7.98 parts of triethylamine were mixed, and 5.00 parts of oxalyl chloride was added dropwise thereto over 20 minutes. After the dropwise addition, the mixture was heated and stirred at 70 ° C. for 3 hours. After air-cooling, 80 parts of methanol and 50 parts of water were added to the reaction solution, and after stirring for 1 hour, solids were collected by suction filtration. The obtained solid was washed with reslurry with 100 parts of water and 80 parts of methanol. And dried overnight in a vacuum dryer (40 ° C.) to obtain 8.30 parts of the desired product. The yield was 88.5%.
