概述
動(dòng)力精核苷可用作醫(yī)藥合成中間體,如制備一種新型的核苷類RNA聚合酶抑制劑在制備治療腸病毒71(EV71)感染疾病藥物。如果吸入動(dòng)力精核苷,請(qǐng)將患者移到新鮮空氣處;如果皮膚接觸,應(yīng)脫去污染的衣著,用肥皂水和清水徹底沖洗皮膚,如有不適感,就醫(yī);如果眼晴接觸,應(yīng)分開(kāi)眼瞼,用流動(dòng)清水或生理鹽水沖洗,并立即就醫(yī);如果食入,立即漱口,禁止催吐,應(yīng)立即就醫(yī)。生物活性

體外研究
Kinetin riboside displays antiproliferative and apoptogenic activity against various human cancer cell lines. Kinetin riboside is able to inhibit the proliferation in HCT-15 human colon cancer cells in a dose-dependent manner (IC 50 =2.5 μM). Kinetin riboside induces apoptosis in HeLa and mouse melanoma B16F-10 cells. Kinetin riboside disrupts the mitochondrial membrane potential and induces the release of cytochrome c and activation of caspase-3. Bad are up-regulated while Bcl-2 is down-regulated under kinetin riboside exposure.

Kinetin riboside significantly suppresses tumor growth. The most effective anti-melanoma response is elicited at 40 mg/kg.
