4g of compound 4 was dissolved in 40ml of methanol, 1ml of concentrated sulfuric acid was added dropwise to the reaction system, and the reaction solution was stirred at room temperature overnight.After the reaction was completed, the methanol was concentrated, the residue was dissolved in ethyl acetate, and the organic phase was washed with saturated brine until it became neutral.The organic phase was separated, dried, and concentrated to obtain 4.2 g of product with a yield of 96%.
