Steps:
1.1; 2.1; 3.1 (1) Synthesis of methyl 1-acetyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indole-6-carboxylate
Add 42.2L of acetic anhydride into a 60L reaction kettle, add 4.04kg methyl 2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indole-6-carboxylate with stirring, heat to 130°C, and react for 3h. Stop heating, the internal temperature drops to 46°C, and crystals are precipitated. Continue to cool down to 0-10, stir and crystallize for 2h, after suction filtration, the filter cake was washed twice with 15L petroleum ether, then washed once with 12L ice methanol (0-5°C), and dried. The product obtained is 4.36 kg, with a yield of 88.5% and a purity of 87.62%.
