110g of all-trans (5E, 9E) farnesyl acetone was added dropwise to 100g of 20% at -40°CVinyl lithium500ml four-necked bottle with stirring,After dripping, heat up to 0 and keep the reaction for 2h, add 5% sulfuric acid to quench the reaction, extract with ethyl acetate, dry, and distill under reduced pressure to obtain light yellow oily all-trans (6E, 10E)-geranyllinalool 113.5 g. The yield was 93.1%, and the content of all-trans (6E, 10E)-geranyllinalool was 97.9%.
