the (199.2g, 0.64mol) of Methyl p-acetaminosalicylate, (130.2g, 1.28mol)triethylamine added to the 1000g of acetone, stirred and heated to 40°C, and dropwise addition (147.0 g, 0.96 mol) of diethyl sulfate was started. After the dropwise addition was completed, the temperature was raised to 65 °C, and the temperature was maintained at 60-65 °C for 12 hours. After the reaction was completed, the temperature was reduced to below 10 °C, suction filtration, and dried at 50 °C to obtain 145.1 g of Ethopabate, yield 97.0%, purity 99.5%.
