[藥理作用] 木酚素的分子結(jié)構(gòu)與內(nèi)源性類固醇性激素相似，臨床實驗證實含木酚素的飲食能夠顯著降低血中的17貝塔雌二醇和硫酸雌激素酮的濃度，增加乳激素水平，尤其對乳腺癌、前列腺癌、絕經(jīng)期綜合征、心血管病和骨質(zhì)疏松有一定的預(yù)防作用。亞麻木酚素主要存在于亞麻籽中，其含量取決于亞麻品種、氣候和生態(tài)條件。
