促甲狀腺素受體（Thyrotropin receptor, TSHR）是一種細(xì)胞表面糖蛋白受體，屬于A類G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體（GPCRs）超家族的LGR亞家族，并與Gs蛋白相連接。TSHR主要在甲狀腺組織中表達(dá)，但其mRNA和蛋白也存在于神經(jīng)組織、免疫細(xì)胞、眼肌、骨骼、脂肪細(xì)胞、紅細(xì)胞、卵巢和肝臟等部位。TSHR接受促甲狀腺激素（Thyrotropin, TSH）信號(hào)刺激后，啟動(dòng)偶聯(lián)信號(hào)通路，促進(jìn)下游效應(yīng)基因的表達(dá)，刺激細(xì)胞生成甲狀腺激素（T4）和三碘甲狀腺激素（T3），對(duì)甲狀腺的生長(zhǎng)和功能至關(guān)重要。
