2.2.1 General procedure of 1
General procedure: Mono-protection of diamine was synthesized following the general method. Diamine (73.31mmol) was dissolved in 25mL dioxane and a solution of di-tert-butyl pyrocarbonate (2g, 9.16mmol) in 10mL 1,4-dioxane was added dropwise at 0°C. Then the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 22h. After removed the solvent by a rotary evaporator, the residue was dissolved in water, and the insoluble residue was removed by filtration. The water solution was extracted three times with dichloromethane. Then the organic layer was combined and washed two times with H2O. Finally, dichloromethane was removed by a rotary evaporator to obtain the oil product.
