制備方法

反應瓶中加入25gN-羥甲基鄰苯二甲酰亞胺和250mL氯仿,攪拌成懸浮液,通入溴化氫氣體并加熱到緩慢回流,0.5h后得到透明液體,繼續(xù)攪拌到不再吸收吸收溴化氫為止,大約5h后得到橙紅色液體。將反應混合液倒出,用溫水2×400mL(40℃)洗掉反應液中剩余的溴化氫,溶液由橙色變無色,用無水硫酸鎂干燥,蒸去氯仿,得白色固體,干燥,用丙酮重結晶,得針狀晶體31g,收率91.5%。
