CW069 是一種變構(gòu)選擇性microtubule motor protein HSET抑制劑，IC50為75 μM, 其選擇性顯著高于KSP.體外研究
CW069 increases multipolar spindles in N1E-115 cells with supernumerary centrosomes without altering bipolar spindle morphology in normal human dermal fibroblast cells. CW069 inhibits growth in cancer N1E-115 cells with IC50 of 10 μM, but not in NHDF or primary human bone marrow cells.特征

體外研究
CW069增加含有多余中心體的N1E-115細(xì)胞中多級(jí)紡錘體，而不改變正常人皮膚成纖維細(xì)胞中兩極紡錘體的形態(tài)。CW069抑制癌癥N1E-115細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)，IC50 為10 μM，但是不影響NHDF或原代人骨髓細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)。
