Tetrabutylammonium Acetate (TBAAc) could be used as the Buffer Layer between the SnO2 Electron Transport Film and CsPbI3 within All-Inorganic Perovskite Solar Cells. The TBAAc buffer layer suppresses heterogeneous CsPbI3 perovskite nucleation, which leads to larger grain sizes, better charge transfer, and the enhancement of the photovoltaic performance of CsPbI3 PSCs.
