Steps:
2.1 The synthesis method of (1) is as follows:
Take pyrrole (10mmol), methyl iodide (11mmol),Sodium hydroxide (11 mmol) was added to 20 mL of dimethyl sulfoxide.Stirring at room temperature for 5 hours to obtain a reaction liquid;Adding a saturated aqueous solution of sodium chloride to the reaction solution,Extracted with ethyl acetate, the organic phase is concentrated and purified by column.The collected purification liquid was distilled under reduced pressure to give 753 mg (9.3 mmol) of N-methylpyrrole in a yield of 93%.
