2 Synthesis of MSTFA
254 g (2.0 moles) of N-methyltrifluoroacetamide, 528 g (2.6 moles) of N, O-bis (trimethylsilyl) acetamide (N, O -bis (trimethylsilyl) acetamide) (BSA),And 400 ml of benzene. The reaction mixture was heated to 80 DEG C and stirred for 3 hours. After the reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and the solvent was evaporated in the after-air,MSTFA was synthesized by fractional distillation under reduced pressure of 52 ~ 53 DEG C and 40 mmHg.
