To a solution of compound 1 (5.20 g, 40.0 mmol) in 6 ml AcOH was added a solution of NaNC-2 (3.60 g, 52.0 mmol) in 6 ml water at 0°C. After stirred at 0°C for overnight, saturated aqueous solution of NaHCC?3 was added to adjust pH to 7-8, then brine was added, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate, dried by anhydrous Na2S04, concentrated to afford compound 27 (6.35 g , 99% yield).
