Steps:
1.1 (1) Synthesis of intermediate 4-phenylthiosemicarbazide
Add phenyl thioisocyanate (1.35g, 0.01mol), 30ml of ethanol, 85% hydrazine hydrate (1.17g, 0.02mol) into a 50mL dry single-necked flask, heat up to 70°C under stirring, and react for 6 hours. TLC detects that the reaction has ended, and the reaction is stopped. The reaction solution was cooled to room temperature, filtered with suction, the filter cake was washed with ethanol, and dried to obtain 1.5 g of a white solid product, phenyl-3-thiosemicarbazide, with a yield of 89.8%.
