General procedure: 93g (1mol) of 3-methylpyridine was dissolved in 1L of acetic acid to prepare a 10% acetic acid solution,Put it into a 2L autoclave 10, and then add 25g (0.1mol, 10% equivalent) of catalyst (I) and 9g of 68% concentrated nitric acid into the kettle.Seal the reactor 10 and replace the air with oxygen.
