Steps:

Preheating stage: first pass nitrogen into the reactor for 5 minutes, after the air in the reactor is completely replaced, add 400g of sodium hydroxide micropowder, and heat the interlayer of the reactor to 135~150°C. Reaction stage: 400g of propyne gas is introduced into the preheated reactor, and 552g of anhydrous ethanol which is pre-gasified in the exchanger is introduced at the same time. The reaction was 1.2 hours. Rectification stage: After the reaction gas is absorbed and collected by the condensing device, the rectifying device is used for fractional rectification, and the fraction at 60~64°C is collected as 2-ethoxypropylene, a total of 688g, with a yield of 78%.
