Reaction Conditions:
Stage #1:2-fluorobenzonitrile;aniline with aluminum (III) chloride;boron trichloride in dichloromethane at 0; for 16 h;Reflux;
Stage #2: with hydrogenchloride in dichloromethane;water at 0 - 80; for 2 h;

BCl3 59mL (59.06mmol) was dissolved in in MC 100mL, aniline was added slowly 5g (53.68mmol) at 0°C . Maintained at 0°C, and put AlCl3 7.87g (59.06mmol) at a time 2-fluorobenzonitrile 7.8g (64.43mmol) was added slowly and the mixture was refluxed for 16 hours. After the temperature was reduced to 0°C, 2N-HCl 100mL was added and refluxed for 2 hours at 80°C . After the reaction was completed, it was extracted by using MC and H2O and purified by column chromatography by using Hex / EA to obtain the objective compound 4.8g 1-4 (54%).
