Steps:

1.1 Step 1: 2-acetyl-4,5-dibromothiophene (1-1)

A mixture of 1 g of 2,3-dibromothiophene and 0.36 g of acetyl chloride was dissolved in 10 ml of dichloromethane, and 0.72 g of aluminum trichloride was added in five batches under ice bath conditions. The reaction was carried out in ice bath for 2 hours. TLC showed the reaction was complete , The reaction solution was poured into dilute hydrochloric acid, extracted with dichloromethane, the organic phase was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, concentrated to dryness, and the residue was column chromatographed with ethyl acetate: petroleum ether = 1:100 to obtain an orange solid ( 1-1) 0.8 g, yield 68%.
