10 The reaction of the 1,2-dichloroethane and trichlorosilane (Catalyst: tetrabutylphosphonium chloride)
3.8 g (13mmol) tetrabutylphosphonium chloride and 12.6 g(0.13mol) of 1,2- dichloroethane and 88 g (0.65mol) of the trichlorosilane wasreacted in the stainless steel high pressure reactor with 120 milliliters for 6 hours at 150°C and the 1,2-bis(trichlorosilyl) ethane of 25.2 g (yield 65.4%)was obtained in the same manner as that of above described embodiment 4.
