Anti-AKT1抗體注意事項:
1抗體保存原則:避免反復凍融
2:短期保存的抗體:如抗體幾周內就會使用，收到后推薦在2-8°C保存，2-8*C短暫保存數周對抗體活性沒有影響。
3.長期保存的抗體:如抗體需超過1個月后才會使用，請酌情分裝后于-20°C保存。
4建議:將抗體保存在冰箱里層，避免溫度變化造成反復凍融。
絕對避免將抗體保存在自動除霜冰箱中。
反復凍融過程中，冰晶會對抗體的空間結構造成破壞，導致蛋白變性形成多聚體，從而降低抗體的結合能力，加快抗體降解速度。
