It was proved both in the laboratory and the human body that Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) was converted to nicotinamide mononuclear acid (NMN) by Nicotinamide Riboside agonist. It has also been confirmed that Nicotinamide Riboside exists in milk naturally, and humans can increase the metabolism of NAD+ in blood by oral administration of NR.
