選擇性抗生素Blasticidin | invivogenblasticidin是一種高效的選擇性抗生素，作用于真核細(xì)胞和原核細(xì)胞。稻瘟菌素是一類肽核苷類抗生素鏈霉菌griseochromogenes，干擾在核糖體的肽鍵的形成，從而抑制蛋白質(zhì)的合成分離。

抗稻瘟是賦予了稻瘟抗性基因從Bacillus cereus（BSR），其編碼滅瘟素脫氨酶。

稻瘟菌素誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞死亡和細(xì)胞快速進(jìn)行稻瘟抗性基因可以在不到一周的時(shí)間了。

通常情況下，哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞對(duì)稻瘟μ1-10μg／ml濃度敏感，和細(xì)菌的25-100μ克/毫升
