1.主要成分
a-蒎烯，檜烯，B-蒎烯，月桂烯，檸檬醛。
溶于大多數(shù)揮發(fā)性油和礦物油，不溶于甘油和丙二醇。
商品中可有適當(dāng)?shù)目寡鮿?/p>
2.制法
由蕓香科植物白檸檬的壓榨汁或整只壓碎的果汁經(jīng)水蒸氣蒸餾而得。得率約0.2%~0.4%。
3.質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
A.醛含量（以檸檬醛C10H16O計(jì)） ：0.5%~2.5%
B.旋光度 ：+34°~+47°
C.醇中溶解度 ：1ml可溶于5ml 90%乙醇中
4.用途
食用香料。
主要用于碳酸飲料，飲料粉，糖果，焙烤食品等。
