烏苯美司現(xiàn)與多種化藥聯(lián)合用于治療腫瘤，效果明顯。近期研究表明，烏苯美司聯(lián)合化療藥物5-氟尿嘧啶、阿霉素、亞葉酸鈣等治療肝動(dòng)脈栓塞中晚期復(fù)發(fā)性肝癌（尤其是腫瘤直徑<3cm及3~5cm的小肝癌）時(shí)，會(huì)增強(qiáng)細(xì)胞凋亡以及細(xì)胞內(nèi)活性氧水平，治療效果優(yōu)于單純化療。對(duì)于晚期胃癌，與替吉奧聯(lián)合奧沙利鉑化療方案聯(lián)用后，烏苯美司能降低患者血清MMP2及MMP9水平，增強(qiáng)抗腫瘤效果。烏苯美司還可加強(qiáng)全反式維甲酸對(duì)急性早幼粒細(xì)胞白血病細(xì)胞增殖的抑制作用及誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞分化的能力。

Applications
Ubenmex is now used in combination with a variety of chemical drugs in the treatment of tumor, the effect is obvious. Recent studies have shown that ubenmex combined with chemotherapy drugs such as 5-fluorouracil, doxorubicin and calcium leucovorin can enhance cell apoptosis and intracellular reactive oxygen species in the treatment of advanced recurrent liver cancer (especially small liver cancer with tumor diameter <3cm and 3~5cm), and the therapeutic effect is better than that of chemotherapy alone. For advanced gastric cancer, when combined with Tighio and oxaliplatin chemotherapy regimen, Ubenamex can reduce serum MMP2 and MMP9 levels and enhance the anti-tumor effect. Ubenomex also enhanced the inhibitory effect of all-trans retinoic acid on the proliferation of acute promyelocytic leukemia cells and the ability of inducing cell differentiation.
