背景（Background）

睫狀神經(jīng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)因子受體亞基α（CNTFR或CNTFRα）屬于I型細(xì)胞因子受體家族和3型亞家族。CNTFR包含兩個(gè)纖維連接蛋白III型結(jié)構(gòu)域和一個(gè)Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。這種受體及其同源配體支持神經(jīng)元的存活。該受體與白細(xì)胞介素-6受體關(guān)系最為密切。這種受體通過糖磷脂酰肌醇連接與細(xì)胞膜具有不尋常的連接。
