背景（Background）
IL-2R是一種異三聚體蛋白，與細胞因子IL-2結合并產生反應。鑒定出三條不同的IL-2R鏈，稱為α、β和γ，它們是非共價結合的。α鏈和β鏈參與結合IL-2，而細胞因子相互作用后的信號轉導由γ鏈和β亞基進行。IL-2R的α鏈可以在受體與IL-2相互作用之前與β鏈結合。單獨的γ鏈對IL-2的親和力非常弱，但在配體與α/β異二聚體結合后，γ鏈被招募到復合物中，形成非常穩(wěn)定的大分子四元配體/受體復合物。
白細胞介素-2受體亞基γ（IL2RG），也稱為細胞因子受體共同亞基γ，CD抗原CD132，gammaC，p64，屬于I型細胞因子受體家族或5型亞家族。IL2RG位于骨髓中未成熟造血細胞的表面。IL2RG缺陷是嚴重聯合免疫缺陷X連鎖T細胞陰性/B細胞陽性/NK細胞陰性（XSCID）的原因。
