背景（Background）
T細胞特異性表面糖蛋白CD28也稱為TP44，是一種單程I型膜蛋白，含有一個Ig樣V型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。是T細胞上表達的提供T細胞活化所需的共刺激信號的分子之一。CD28是CD80（B7.1）和CD86（B7.2）的受體。當(dāng)被Toll樣受體配體激活時，CD80在抗原呈遞細胞（APCs）中的表達上調(diào)。抗原呈遞細胞上的CD86表達是組成型的。CD28是唯一在幼稚T細胞上組成型表達的B7受體。
