This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 52.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 65-80 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
CD39在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中也被稱為外核苷三磷酸二磷酸水解酶1、ENTPD1、NTPDase 1、外ATP酶1，可以水解ATP和其他核苷酸來調(diào)節(jié)嘌呤能神經(jīng)傳遞。也可能通過將血小板活化ADP水解為AMP來預防血小板聚集。水解ATP和ADP同樣好。NTPDase-1最初被描述為CD39，一種B淋巴細胞表面標志物，但它也存在于自然殺傷細胞、T細胞和一些內(nèi)皮細胞的表面。調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞（Tregs）通過多種非冗余、細胞接觸依賴和獨立的機制介導免疫抑制，越來越多的證據(jù)表明CD39-CD73-腺苷途徑起著重要作用。CD39外核苷酸酶是級聯(lián)反應的限速酶，導致抑制性腺苷的產(chǎn)生，從而改變CD4和CD8 T細胞以及自然殺傷細胞的抗腫瘤活性。
