This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 20.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 33-55 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

血小板受體Gi24，也稱為B7-H5和應(yīng)激誘導(dǎo)分泌蛋白-1（Sisp-1），是一種在人類中由C10orf54基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)，該基因含有1個Ig樣（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。至于C10orf54基因，C10orf54似乎與BMP-4呈正相互作用，增強(qiáng)BMP信號傳導(dǎo)和ESCs從未分化狀態(tài)向分化狀態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)變。人C10orf54被MT1-MMP進(jìn)行蛋白水解切割，產(chǎn)生可溶性30kDa細(xì)胞外片段和25-30kDa膜結(jié)合片段。
