蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a Flag tag at the N-terminus and a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus followed by an Avi tag (Avitag?).
The protein has a calculated MW of 53.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-40 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE).
