背景（Background）
通過LYN激酶作為單核細胞遷移的正調(diào)節(jié)因子和單核細胞粘附的負調(diào)節(jié)因子。通過其受體CXCR4和ACKR3刺激單核細胞和T淋巴細胞的遷移，并減少單核細胞對ICAM-1（β-2整合素的配體）表面的粘附。SDF1A/CXCR4信號軸通過LYN激酶抑制β-2整合素LFA-1介導(dǎo)的單核細胞與ICAM-1的粘附。抑制由T細胞系適應(yīng)的HIV-1介導(dǎo)的CXCR4感染。在心肌梗死后起保護作用。誘導(dǎo)各種細胞中表達的ACKR3的下調(diào)和內(nèi)化。在胚胎發(fā)育過程中具有幾個關(guān)鍵功能；B細胞淋巴細胞生成、骨髓中的骨髓生成和心室間隔形成所必需的。在IL7存在的情況下刺激骨髓源性B細胞祖細胞的增殖以及基質(zhì)細胞依賴性前B細胞的生長。
