-20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state;
-70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
USAG-1分子背景
USAG1（子宮致敏相關基因1），也稱為SOSTDC1（含硬骨素結構域1），Ectodin，是一種分泌蛋白，其N端糖基化，C端半胱氨酸結結構域。這種C-末端半胱氨酸結結構域存在于多種生長因子中，包括TGFβ、NGF、PDGF、vWF、NDP和粘蛋白-2，并參與二聚化、受體結合和信號轉導。SOSTDC1在細胞增殖、分化和凋亡的幾個生物過程中負調控BMP信號傳導（如牙形態(tài)發(fā)生、胚胎植入子宮內膜和骨折愈合）。此外，SOSTDC1還可能通過調節(jié)Wnt途徑參與癌癥的發(fā)展過程。
