Glypican 2（GPC2），也稱為腦多糖，是一種在發(fā)育中的神經系統(tǒng)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的與糖磷脂酰肌醇連接的完整膜硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖。腦聚糖參與細胞粘附，被認為調節(jié)軸突的生長和引導。腦聚糖對層粘連蛋白-1具有特別高的親和力。GPC2沉默使Wnt/β-catenin信號失活，并降低神經母細胞瘤發(fā)生的致癌驅動因素N-Myc的表達。靶向GPC2的免疫毒素和嵌合抗原受體（CAR）T細胞在小鼠模型中抑制神經母細胞瘤的生長。GPC3特異性抗體-藥物偶聯(lián)物（ADC）也可以抑制神經母細胞瘤細胞增殖。
