Complement C2分子背景
補體C2蛋白是一種主要的組織相容性復合體III類蛋白。補體系統(tǒng)經(jīng)典途徑的一部分成分C2被激活因子C1切割成兩個片段：C2b和C2a。C2a是一種絲氨酸蛋白酶，然后與補體因子C4b結(jié)合產(chǎn)生C3或C5轉(zhuǎn)化酶。凝集素（LP）和經(jīng)典（CP）途徑是補體系統(tǒng)三個主要激活級聯(lián)中的兩個。這些途徑始于識別不同的病原體或危險相關的分子模式，包括補體成分C4的蛋白水解激活、C3前轉(zhuǎn)化酶C4b2的形成，以及C4b2內(nèi)補體成分C2的切割，從而產(chǎn)生C3轉(zhuǎn)化酶C4b2a的相同步驟。
