-20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state;
-70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Coagulation Factor III分子背景
全長組織因子（TF）是因子（F）VII/FVIIa的跨膜受體和輔因子。除了全長TF外，還可以產(chǎn)生另一種剪接（as）形式的TF，它缺乏跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域，并從細(xì)胞中釋放出來。與TF相比，asTF的促凝血活性較低，因為它缺乏跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域。組織因子由血管周圍的細(xì)胞（如外膜成纖維細(xì)胞）和體表（如上皮細(xì)胞）表達(dá)，在止血中起著關(guān)鍵作用。TF也會導(dǎo)致各種形式的血栓形成。許多癌癥，特別是腺癌，表達(dá)高水平的TF。在許多類型的癌癥中，包括乳腺癌、前列腺癌、結(jié)直腸癌和胰腺癌，高水平的腫瘤TF表達(dá)與預(yù)后不良有關(guān)。
