Description：MMI-0100是一種細(xì)胞滲透性肽抑制劑多肽，序列中含有22個(gè)氨基酸，MMI-0100能抑制絲裂原活化蛋白激酶活化蛋白激酶 II (MK2)。MMI-0100 在體內(nèi)外減少內(nèi)膜增生。MMI-0100 抑制 IL-6 表達(dá)而不影響 IL-8 表達(dá)。MMI-0100 抑制纖維化過程，例如靜脈移植疾病。
MMI-0100 is a cell permeability peptide inhibitor peptide with a sequence containing 22 amino acids. MMI-0100 can inhibit mitogen activated protein kinase activated protein kinase II (MK2). MMI-0100 reduces endometrial hyperplasia both in vivo and in vitro. MMI-0100 inhibits IL-6 expression without affecting IL-8 expression. MMI-0100 inhibits fibrosis processes, such as venous transplant diseases.
