IL-12 R beta 1分子背景
IL-12R亞基是細(xì)胞因子受體超家族的成員，功能性高親和力IL-12R由至少兩個(gè)β型細(xì)胞因子受體亞基組成，每個(gè)亞基獨(dú)立地對(duì)IL-12表現(xiàn)出低親和力。IL-12 Rβ1（白細(xì)胞介素-12受體亞基β-1）也稱為IL-12RB1、CD212。作為一種白細(xì)胞介素受體，它以低親和力結(jié)合白細(xì)胞介蛋白-12，并參與IL12的轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)。它與IL12RB2結(jié)合，形成IL12的功能性高親和力受體。還與IL23R結(jié)合形成白細(xì)胞介素-23受體，該受體可能通過激活Jak-Stat信號(hào)級(jí)聯(lián)在IL23信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)中發(fā)揮作用。
