IL-15RA分子背景
IL15R是IL15RA、IL2RB和IL2RG的異三聚體。IL-15RA，也稱為CD215、IL-15Rα，是一種廣泛表達的60kDa跨膜糖蛋白。白細胞介素-15的高親和力受體?？梢皂樖胶头词叫盘?，其中來自一個細胞亞群的IL15R將IL15呈遞給相鄰的IL2RG表達細胞。不同異構體的表達可能會改變或干擾信號轉導。白細胞介素（IL）-15超激動劑/IL-15受體α融合復合物（IL-15SA/IL-15RA；ALT-803）激活CD8 T細胞和NK細胞上的IL-15受體，并顯示出顯著的抗腫瘤作用。信號轉導涉及SYK。與膜結合形式相比，可溶性sIL-15RA形式在所有腦結構中都存在更高水平。
