DPPIV分子背景
二肽基肽酶IV（DPPIV）也稱(chēng)為腺苷脫氨酶復(fù)合蛋白2，DPPIV或CD26是大多數(shù)細(xì)胞類(lèi)型表面表達(dá)的抗原酶，與免疫調(diào)節(jié)、信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)和凋亡有關(guān)。它是一種內(nèi)在的膜糖蛋白和絲氨酸外肽酶，從多肽的N端切割X-脯氨酸二肽。DPPIV的底物是含脯氨酸（或丙氨酸）的肽，包括生長(zhǎng)因子、趨化因子、神經(jīng)肽和血管活性肽。DPPIV在葡萄糖代謝中起著重要作用。它負(fù)責(zé)腸促胰島素如GLP-1的降解。DPPIV在腫瘤生物學(xué)中起著重要作用，可用作各種癌癥的標(biāo)志物，其在細(xì)胞表面或血清中的水平在某些腫瘤中升高，在另一些腫瘤中降低。DPPIV還特異性地和高親和力地結(jié)合腺苷脫氨酶。這種互動(dòng)的意義尚未確定。
