This product is stable after storage at:
1. -20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state;
2. -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
TPBG分子背景
滋養(yǎng)層糖蛋白（TPBG），也稱為5T4，是目前臨床開發(fā)中幾種抗癌藥物的治療靶點，主要是由于其在腫瘤中的高表達和在正常成人組織中的低表達。該基因編碼富含亮氨酸的跨膜糖蛋白，可能參與細胞粘附。TPBG早在發(fā)育的9周就被所有類型的滋養(yǎng)層細胞表達。
