Description：Pentaglycine序列中包含5個(gè)Gly的小分子多肽，多肽的水溶性一般，易溶于有機(jī)溶劑。Pentaglycine可以形成高度交聯(lián)的肽聚糖，而葡萄糖能降低Pentaglycine的表達(dá)，Pentaglycine被溶葡萄球菌蛋白酶切割，并出現(xiàn)在葡萄球菌的細(xì)胞膜中。
Pentaglycine sequence contains 5 Gly small molecular peptides, which are generally water-soluble and easily soluble in organic solvents. Pentaglycine can form highly cross-linked peptidoglycans, while glucose can reduce the expression of Pentaglycine, which is cut by lysostaphin and appears in the cell membrane of Staphylococcus.
