Dusquitide (SGX942) is the first class of natural defense regulatory factors (IDRs), which is a small linear peptide composed of five amino acids. Dusquetide regulates the natural immune response of PAMPs and DAMPs by binding to p62. Dusquetide exhibits activity in both reducing inflammation and increasing bacterial infection clearance.
