| 體內(nèi)活性 | CDDO-3P-Im reduces the size and the severity of the lung tumors in mouse lung cancer models. In A/J mice, CDDO-3P-Im (50-200 mg/kg; diet) decreases the number, size, and severity of tumors. CDDO-3P-Im significantly elevates heme oxygenase-1 and quinone reductase mRNA and protein levels in various mouse tissues[1]. |
