4，6-二氧代庚酸是一種有機中間體，可由乙縮醛與醋酸反應制備，可用于合成1，2-二棕櫚?；?sn-甘油-3-磷酸乙醇胺的CEP衍生物（CEP-DPPE），可用于黃斑變性的治療。
4，6-二氧庚酸（DOHA）：將乙縮醛（240mg，1.2mmol）溶于在AcOH/H2O（20mL，3：1，v/v）溶液中，在Ar保護下于50℃攪拌4h。用TLC（CH2Cl2/CH3OH10∶1）監(jiān)測反應進程。一旦反應完成，通過旋轉蒸發(fā)除去溶劑，得到粗制的4，6-二氧庚酸（172.7mg，1.09mmol，91％）。
