Beschreibung

Palitantin is a fungal metabolite originally isolated from P. palitans. It inhibits HIV-1 integrase with IC₅₀ values of 350 and 268 μM for 3’-processing and strand transfer activity, respectively. Palitantin has been used as a standard for dereplication of natural products.
