Definition
A fruit juice is the unfermented, undiluted, extractable fluid content resulting from expression of fruit. Fruit drink or diluted fruit beverage are descriptive phrases used to define a non-carbonated beverage containing > 0 % but < 100 % fruit juice. A diluted fruit juice beverage may contain added water, sugar, other sweeteners, gum arabic, artificial colors, flavors, vitamins, and acids (citric, malic, fumaric).
