-3Pa(25℃)??扇苡诙燃淄椤⒁宜嵋阴サ扔袡C(jī)溶劑,丙酮300g/L,甲醇2470g/L,甲苯2450g/L,己烷80g/L,原藥在水中的溶解度448mg/L(115 mg/kg) (20℃)。在pH≤7.5條件下穩(wěn)定,在土壤中半衰期為1d。
用途
氨基甲酸酯類內(nèi)吸性殺蟲劑,膽堿酯酶抑制劑。分子結(jié)構(gòu)中含三唑基團(tuán),是廣譜、高效、高選擇性的殺蚜藥劑,對抗性蚜蟲也有良好的防效。由于該藥劑能在作物脈管中形成上、下雙相傳導(dǎo),因此土壤用藥可防治食葉性蚜蟲,而葉面噴施可防治食根性蚜蟲,從而保護(hù)整個(gè)植株。推薦用藥量為0.6~0.9g有效成分/100m
2,防治抗性蚜蟲及棉蚜需0.9~1.5/100m
2,防治伏蚜需1.8~2.3g/100m
2。藥劑持效期長達(dá)10~15d。
生產(chǎn)方法
3-特丁基-5-巰基-1,2,4-三唑的制備 2,2-二甲基丙酰氯與氨基硫脲作用,生成?;被螂澹儆脷溲趸c水溶液處理,環(huán)合生成3-特丁基-5-巰基-1,2,4-三唑。
唑蚜威的合成 3-特丁基-5-巰基-1,2,4-三唑與氯乙酸乙酯反應(yīng)后,再與二甲基氨基甲酰氯反應(yīng)合成唑蚜威。
